Contains caffeine (200 mg / daily serving), EGCG (40 mg / daily serving) and synephrine (21 mg / daily serving). Not suitable for minors, pregnant women, nursing mothers, people with hypertension or cardiovascular diseases. Consult a physician if taking medication. Stop taking if there are signs of restlessness or nervousness. No more than 400 mg of caffeine, 21 mg of synephrine and 800 mg Epigallocatechingallat (EGCG) per day should be taken from all food sources. Should not be consumed if other green tea products are consumed on the same day. Should not be consumed on an empty stomach.
